CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: In at 4:00p.m. If rooms are available earlier we are happy to
accommodate you. Check out is by 10:00a.m. Stay later if you wish, but be sure to remove your
belongings from your room.

CONFIRMATIONS: To confirm a reservation for one night 100% deposit is required at time of
booking. To confirm a reservation of two nights or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking with the remaining due 30 days prior to your arrival. If remaining deposit has not been
received by that date , your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded because
we will have to turn away many other potential guests. If there are fewer than days remaining before
your visit, the full deposit is required at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS: Because of our small size cancellation affect us significantly as a result we
uphold a strict cancellation policy. If cancellation is made 30 days before your arrival date you may
choose to receive a refund of your deposit less a handling fee of $100.00 or apply the entire deposit to
a future stay for the following year only. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your
arrival, no refund will be possible.

RATES: All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. U.S. funds are accepted at current bank rates plus
5%. We set the bank rate daily.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard & Interac.

GRATUITIES: We do not charge an automatic service fee to your account [except for group
bookings]. If guests have received service they feel a gratuity is in order for, they may apply such to
their bill on departure for guides, waitressing and housekeeping staff [a fee of 15% is usually applied
for good service]. The management disburses all gratuities to the staff.

SMOKING POLICY: Our cottages are smoke free. The verandas and decks do have ashtrays & as
does our outdoor licensed patio.

GUEST RESPONSIBILTY: You are expected to conduct yourself in a correct and proper manner
while at Sand Beach Lodge and we reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from the premises. A
condition of booking is that you will take good care of all items of the property and its contents. All
damage to Sand Beach Lodge will be charged back to the person responsible. Sand Beach Lodge its
respective servants, agents and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, additional
expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, whether the in property or in person or otherwise resulting
from a delay, charges in accommodation, breakdown of equipment or vehicles, boats, weather, strike
or theft, cancellation of or changes of itinerary, or other causes beyond our control and without
prejudice or limiting the generality of the foregoing shall likewise not be liable for any injury,
damage, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, disappointment, whether the
property, person or otherwise arising in connection with any vehicle or transport or other service.
