ACCOMMODATIONS AND BOAT RENTAL RATES - 2013 SEASON

Season Starts: May 17, 2013 Season Ends: October 14, 2013 All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. ADULT RATES (All Meals Included) $165 per/person per night based on double occupancy $185 per person per night for single occupancy CHILD RATES (All Meals Included) Child rate is based on sharing cottage with parent/guardian $99 per night from 5 years old to 14 years old Children under 5 years, with modified menu and sharing parent's bedroom, are free. LONG STAY RATES 7 nights = $1,050 per/person 6 nights = $899 per/person AMERICAN PLAN American Plan includes full cooked breakfast, packed lunch and 4 course evening meal. Check in time is 4.00pm therefore first meal on arrival is dinner and check out is 10.00am so last meal is breakfast. In the event of one night stays only dinner and breakfast is supplied.   DAILY BOAT RENTAL RATES 16' Lund with 25 hp Mercury engine - $115 16' Princecraft Deluxe with 25 hp Mercury engine - $130 17' Princecraft Super Pro with 50 hp Mercury engine - $200 21' Princecraft pontoon with 50 hp Mercury engine - $250 Boat rental prices include 1 tank of gas and all required safety equipment. Boat rental prices do not include bait. *If you want to bring your own boat; - we will provide a slip at $30.00 daily or $180.00 per week *we do not issue fishing licences on site so please ensure you have a valid licence prior to arrival *licences can be purchased online under the Ministry of Natural Resource website *Rates do not include applicable taxes. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. *Visitors to Canada can claim a refund on goods and services tax. GUIDE RATES $ 195 per day up to a maximum of 6 people		16' Lund Fishing Packages (per/person rates based on 2 persons per boat) 3 nights, 2 days fishing - $630 per/person 4 nights, 3 days fishing - $865 per/person 5 nights, 4 days fishing - $1065 per/person 6 nights, 5 days fishing - $1290 per/person Princecraft Super Pro Fishing Upgrade (with bow-mounted trolling motor and fishfinder) $ 60 per day extra Pontoon Fishing Packages (per/person rates based on 4 persons per boat) 3 nights, 2 days fishing - $640 4 nights, 3 days fishing - $880 5 nights, 4 days fishing - $1080 6 nights, 5 days fishing - $1310 All Fishing Packages include: accommodation and meals as outlined in American Plan boat rental with one tank of gas daily fishing equipment including fishing rod, net, single hooks and sinkers, and all required safety equipment bait includes 1 dozen nightcrawlers and 1 dozen minnows per day maps of the area boats are cleaned and prepared daily pontoon and super pro packages include a fishfinder
Terms & Conditions Because of our short season cancellations affect us significantly since we cannot recover the loss. Please therefore ensure that you read the terms and conditions detailed below as we will strictly adhere to the policies outlined. When you make a reservation it will be held until a deposit is received or up to a maximum of 10 days, whichever is the shorter. Please note that your deposit indicates your agreement with our terms and conditions below. DEPOSITS A deposit of $165 per person is due at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded your total deposit less an administration fee of $50 per person. Deposits will be non-refundable if cancellations are made within 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellations are made within 14 days prior to arrival then the total value of the reservation will be owed to us and charged to you via your credit card or by invoice. Late arrivals or early departures are considered to be cancellations and will be charged accordingly. CREDIT CARDS We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac and American Express. TRAVEL INSURANCE It is always prudent to have travel insurance. Some credit cards carry automatic travel insurance however if they do not then you should independently take out the necessary insurance.
