Choose one of 13 cottages. Each cottage is different, with one to four bedrooms and all bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.

Most of our cottages have fireplaces and most bedrooms contain 2 double beds. Most have screened porches or decks and all have front door parking. Each has satellite t.v. and phone and internet services are available in the main lodge.

The cottages are spotless and well maintained daily.

All of our cottages have great views of the French River and are nestled in mature forest amongst majestic pines.

Nature surrounds you with inquisitive wildlife, cheeky chipmunks, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and the spectacular landscape of the true Canadian wilderness with sightings of otters, muskrats, fox and moose.

The main lodge building features an air-conditioned waterfront dining room, a licensed cocktail bar, and a comfortable, historic lounge with a massive stone fireplace.

The game and recreation facilities include table tennis, a pool table, darts and more (TV, book and DVD library, cards, chess, karaoke…..)

Sand Beach Lodge features an 8 person hydra spa hot tub enclosed in a charming wooden spa chalet. The view from the spa is a scenic beach front vista of the pristine French River. Surrounded by pines and looking out into a completely natural and breathtaking view of the water, you will relax your cares away!

We also have some fitness equipment available for your convenience, and most guests take full advantage of the outdoor activities we offer. Imagine walking on trails where you can experience the unspoiled, natural foliage and catch a glimpse of passing chipmunks, squirrels and a variety of birds. That’s as close as you will get to a traffic jam at Sand Beach Lodge. We also offer biking, shuffle board and for the more adventurous … the water trampoline is positioned just a short swim from the beach. Now that’s a workout!
